We introduce you our new unique project - a luxurious villa near Tbilisi, which has a charming and exclusive design. Bright accents
and amazing decorations in the interior, developed in classic and modern style, create an fascinating and charming environment. All
materials used in the project - wallpaper, furniture, lighting, decorative panels, ceramic tiles and curtain fabrics are only of premium class,
which we have ordered exclusively in the showroom of "Gallery Room Design". The total area of the project covers 1500 sq.m.
The living room on the first floor is developed in warm, neutral colors and neoclassical style. The center of the room is dominated by a
designer lamp made especially for villas and hotels, which creates an original composite lighting in the interior. In order to create a cozy
environment in the space, there is a natural fireplace covered with decorative ceramic granite tiles of the highest quality. The walls of the
living room are decorated with beautiful Italian-made decorative wallpaper and mega-format neoclassical ceramic tiles with a marble texture.
The walls are covered with natural wood texture panels that create an elevated mood in the interior.
To furnish the guest room, the project specially used premium quality LASKASAS comfortable and exclusive furniture from the Portuguese
furniture manufacturer brand, which is combined with the overall color scheme of the space, taking into account the specifications of the project.
The floor of the living room is covered with DIESEL brand three-layer natural wood metallized parquet, which creates a special and distinctive mood
of the interior.
One of the luxury places of the villa project is the indoor pool on the first floor, which is inspired by the synthesis of wealth and nature.
The interior of the pool has a special look by an exclusively designed decorative water-resistant panel, elegant decorative lamps and
mosaics developed using the ancient technique of one of the world's famous brands BISAZZA, combined with the mega-format ceramic
granite tiles made with ultra-modern technologies, combining sharp natural materials and a calm palette, geometric and with finest Luxor
type inserts.
In order to create a different emotion and dynamic in the interior, the wall is covered with a decorative panel made to order exclusively in
the factory of the Italian manufacturer INCIOSTRO BIANCO by "Gallery Room Design", inspired by ancient rocks, ocean foam and nature.
In the purpose of increase the space, the stainless steel, transparent water effect decorative ceiling panels are specially used on the pool
ceiling, which reflect the color of the pool water with a mirror effect and create a more harmonious mood. The stained-glass windows of the
pool are decorated with curtains made of high-quality, moisture-resistant, natural linen material, which bring additional coziness to the interior.
In the swimming pool area, there is a sauna, a shower, bathrooms and a rest area for complete comfort. All details and elements in the interior
design of the villa has been considered. Our designers have tried to turn the interior of each room into a work of art, so that the charming appearance
of the space remains in one's memory for a long time.
Regarding the dining room and kitchen, these two spaces are separated from each other by partitions made of slide system, transparent, embossed
type glass and stainless steel profiles. A waterproof decorative panel with natural elements is used in the design of the kitchen wall apron. The print on
the decor is associated with nature, which was selected according to the requirements of the client, and its color range is compositionally compatible
with the comfortable and luxurious interior furniture.
The space of the second floor is occupied by 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with premium quality, exclusive
materials, decorative, original panels and lighting, comfortable furniture designed exclusively for luxury lovers from partner brands of
"Gallery Room Design" as well. For more comfort, the main bedroom has its own walk-in closet and bathroom.
The walls of the bathroom are decorated with Italian-made, high-quality waterproof decorative wallpaper and mega-format ceramic tiles,
which keep their original appearance unchanged for many years. As for the bathroom set, the project uses Italian-made, high-quality ceramic
sanitary ware, mixing faucets and shower devices, which are tastefully combined with the neoclassical style of the interior.
The second floor of the villa is surrounded by a long balcony, and the entire space above the pool is occupied by a large terrace, which is an ideal
place for relaxation. The terrace is furnished with comfortable and soft Italian furniture for outdoor use.
A special feature is the stairwell covered with natural marble stone, the space of which is decorated with a decorative panel with natural
elements, a 3D panel of natural wood and a LED lighting system that merges synthetically with the overall interior of the space.
In general, the overall interior is distinguished by accents with a special, luxurious effect. As we have already mentioned earlier, the interior
of the villa is designed at the level of a piece of art, and a clear example of this is the sculpture placed for decoration on the side of the staircase,
which brings an interesting and luxurious line to the interior.
During designing a villa, landscape design plays one of the most important roles. Our professional team of architect-designers spared no
energy on this either and created a uniquely designed exterior with every centimeter in mind.
Based on the existing concept, the overall project of the villa maintains a minimalist style. Considering certain elements, the exterior and interior
are synthetically connected with each other, which assists to create a pleasant atmosphere. In order not to overload the landscape design,
our qualified architects planned the exterior zoning functionally and practically. The exterior space, taking into account all the details, is divided
in such a way that it is possible to move easily and the space is not overloaded. Driveways are covered with frost-resistant ceramic granite tiles that easily
connect the zones with each other. Natural grass and evergreen decorative plants are used to make the exterior spaces as green as possible.
For the exterior project, 2-level space with an artificial waterfall and a decorative pool has been created exclusively for the lounge space, which is covered with
waterproof, outdoor natural wood floor. The back wall of the fountain is equipped with water-resistant, decorative and 3D-effect wallpaper, specially designed
for outdoor use.
